Green Garden Hotel

stayed at this hotel for two nights, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.In most hotels, it is common to receive basic services such as housekeeping and complimentary tea or coffee in the mornings. However, during my stay here, no housekeeping was provided at all.On the day of checkout, I requested a cup of tea at the reception. I believed it was part of the hotel’s service, as in many other hotels. I only opened one Nepoten tea bag to prepare tea, but I was unexpectedly told that I had to pay for it. They charged me 15 dinars, and even though I only had 15 dirhams, they insisted I pay an additional 5 dirhams. I was informed that without this payment, I would not be allowed to check out, which caused me significant inconvenience.It was very disappointing to face such a situation over something as minor as a single tea bag. I kindly suggest that the hotel management review these policies to improve the guest experience in the future.

Outdated facility. They didn't provide me any invoice when i requested for it, they are not helpful, I was like talking to the robot when i was communicating by message to them, no flexilibity and always saying no.

Customer Service Was Good Especially From The Philippines Lady At The Front Desk During Check Out Time.

Issues with hot water failing to run down to the floors closer to the ground level.

The hotel was conveniently located and the staff were very friendly. All their amenities were there.

There was a little bit of construction across the road but the noise was minimal.

The management kept a lost item almost a month, but still recieved it back, thanks team? If you are looking for a place that will make you feel safe and comfortable, I highly recommend Green garden hotel

This is one of the best affordable hotels I’ve stayed at. I truly felt at home, especially thanks to an African gentleman I met Mr. Shadrack, a tall Kenyan security officer. He was incredibly helpful, assisting me with security matters and guiding me to tourist spots. He even went the extra mile to help me find both local dishes and food from my home country.The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just a few meters from the metro station. I’m really grateful for the warm hospitality. Thank you to the entire Green Garden Hotel team!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the genuine kindness of the staff. One person who really stood out was Mr. Shadrack, a tall Kenyan security officer. His helpful nature and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable he guided me to great places to eat, including local and familiar dishes, and gave me tips on nearby attractions.The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just a few meters from the metro station. I was meant to check in at 2:00 PM, but the staff welcomed me earlier without charging anything extra—a small act that made a big difference.Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the kind staff to the great location and personalized service, I’d definitely recommend Green Garden Hotel to anyone looking for comfort on a budget.
